PDF.  These reports are in PDF format and require Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ (version 4.0 or higher) to be viewed. If you do not have the Reader, you can download it for free from the Adobe website.

Timely.  Servicers have the option of receiving email notification as a new report is posted.

Accessible.  Access Servicer reports online immediately after they are posted.

Convenient.  Download and save the monthly reports, providing a permanent record.

Obtainable.  Servicer Reports are available through the secure Partner Area for the duration of the Note.
